Shipping and pickup
We ship from Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, across Brazil and to Latin America. The parts desk confirms freight before anything is billed.
Mato Grosso do Sul
Own delivery in the cities we serve across the region: Campo Grande, Dourados, Três Lagoas, Corumbá, Ponta Porã, Naviraí, Nova Andradina, Sidrolândia, Aquidauana, Maracaju, Paranaíba, Rio Brilhante, Coxim, Chapadão do Sul, São Gabriel do Oeste, Costa Rica and Bonito.
Pickup at the Campo Grande warehouse is free, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Mato Grosso
There is no own delivery and no pickup point in Mato Grosso. Shipments leave Campo Grande by carrier, with freight and transit time stated on the quote, before anything is billed. Put the destination city on the request.
Rest of Brazil and Latin America
We ship on a tracked, insured carrier. Typical transit is 3 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
For the rest of Brazil we provide the STEEL & TORQUE CNPJ and the tracking code for Receita Federal lookup. Customs duties and clearance fees are the customer's responsibility.
Large parts and assemblies
Transmissions, final drives, complete engines and large buckets ship palletised through a specialist carrier. Crating is calculated per shipment and quoted.
